Applicable fields:
This unit is mainly used in the preprocessing steps of producing liquid milk.
This machine is mainly used to vacuum and take off bad smell and the water from the juice, milk, etc.
Work principle:
Vacuum instant vaporization concentrates sweat milk without damaging nutritional components. Through the flash vaporization, the dry matter is increased and the smell is removed as well so as to keep the orginal milk flavor and improve material purity
This device is designed to remove off odour and little moisture in the processed materials.
It can reduce the bubbling during the canning and sterilization.

Configuring:
Generally, it is connected after the keeping pipe of sterilizer, with imputing material temperature about 90°C.
